- 2 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup nondairy milk (almond or coconut)
Toppings (optional)
- Sliced mango
- Coconut flakes
- Berries
- Nuts or seeds
- Granola
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer smoothie into a bowl.
