- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 20 large medjool dates, pitted
- 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- (Optional) 1/2 cup shredded coconut, to decorate
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a food processor. Process until a sticky dough forms.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop the dough into 18 rounds.
- Use clean hands to roll the dough into balls.
- (Optional) roll each ball in shredded coconut to decorate.
